Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.

Follow this link to check the status of your order. We can also send you notifications about any important updates regarding your order – just make sure you’ve opted into notifications.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. Find more information about auth holds.

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

Getting a return label is easy! Here’s how:

    • Once your request is received, we’ll confirm the deletion of your account and any associated personal data, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

Returns & Refunds

 We understand how important it is to receive your refund promptly. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Processing Time:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on your payment method and bank.

  2. Refund Notification:

    • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

  3. Bank Processing Time:

    • After the refund is processed, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. This usually takes 14 business days.

  4. Check Your Payment Method:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. If you paid with a credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to that card. For other payment methods (e.g., PayPal), the refund will go to that account.

We want to make returning an item as easy as possible! Here’s how to initiate a return:

  1. Review Our Return Policy:

    • Before starting a return, please review our Return Policy to ensure your item is eligible for return and meets all requirements.

  2. Please contact us at support@abeytrust.com with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return.

  3. Pack Your Item:

    • Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to package your item. Be sure to include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. To start a return, visit your account on our website or contact us at support@abeytrust.com. Some items, like final sale or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns. Shipping fees may be non-refundable.

Shipping & Tracking

You can check if you qualify for free shipping at checkout. Once you enter your shipping address, our system will automatically calculate shipping costs and display any free shipping options if applicable.

We also mention free shipping eligibility on product pages and during promotions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@abeytrust.com.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can update your delivery address by contacting our support team at support@abeytrust.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, address changes may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to assist you. For future orders, you can update your address in your account settings on our website.

f your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, you can check the website to see the current status of your order here.

Please note: The expected shipping times for orders outside of the UK and ROI, do not take into account possible delays if your parcel is held up in customs. We would ask you to allow 21 days from order to receive your item(s), prior to further investigation.

If you’ve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.
