We want you to be happy with every order from Abeytrust Marketplace. This policy explains when you can return an item and how refunds work.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of receiving it. Send your order number and a photo or short video of the problem to us on WhatsApp or by email. Once we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or give you a full refund, including the delivery fee.

Change of mind

You can return an item you no longer want within 3 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. You pay the cost of sending it back. We refund the price of the item once we receive and check it.

Items we cannot take back

• Earbuds and other in-ear products that have been opened, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
• Screen protectors that have been applied to a phone.
• Items damaged by misuse, water, drops or unauthorised repairs.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Card refunds can take 5 to 10 working days to show, depending on your bank. If you paid by bank transfer, we refund to the account that made the payment.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will tell you where to send the item or arrange pickup in Lagos.
